Month View: Click the numeric date link to open Day View        click here for general help
Day View: Click + to add a time slot (Event), Click - to delete time slot (warning - no delete confirm, it's gone)
Edit Time Slot: In Day View, click the right column Edit icon to edit the Time Slot      backup data file (use Save option)
Editing Time Slot: Date=Date, What=City;Lastname, When=Time, Where=Empty, Addl. Details=Ptools Memo Format
