You can enter your client Name/Address/Contact information in the Additional Details textbox in any format that you wish. The Ptools Memo Block format is included for those who use the Ptools Client Management software by Sierra Software Services. Ptools or not, we strongly suggest following a consistant template as you can develop a tool to migrate the data to your database program of choice. You can use this template without using Ptools.

The above data entry forms will place the data in ; delimited format to the windows clip board. This is then pasted into the details box of the calendar appointment. This delimited format is fairly easy to read and directly importable to Pscale version 2.8 using a copy and paste function. A sample would look like:
